常规超声及弹性成像在网膜淋巴瘤诊断中的价值

摘要
目的探讨常规超声、弹性超声在网膜淋巴瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析行常规超声及弹性超声135例网膜增厚声像图改变。结果网膜淋巴瘤及转移癌与网膜良性病变的弹性评分存在统计学差异(P<0.01),网膜淋巴瘤与网膜转移癌之间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。网膜常规超声及弹性图像"镶嵌征"在淋巴瘤与转移癌中有统计学意义(P<0.01),灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为为:100%、93.24%、93.97%、64.28%、100%。结论弹性评分有助于初步鉴别诊断网膜良、恶性病变。"镶嵌征"为网膜淋巴瘤常规超声及弹性图像特征性表现。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of the conventional ultrasonography and ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of omental lymphoma.Methods We retrospectively reviewed 135 cases,which were diagnosed as omental thickening with ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity in our hospital between.Results There was significant difference between the omental lymphoma,omental metastasis and omental benign diseases in the elasticity score(P<0.01),no significant difference between omental lymphoma and omental metastasis(P>0.05).There was significant difference between omental lymphoma and omental metastasis of the"fish scale"appearance with conventional ultrasonography and ultrasound elastography(P<0.01).Sensitivity,speccificity,accuracy,positive predictiv value,and negative predictive values of the omental lymphoma and omental metastasis by conventional ultrasonography and ultrasound elasticity were 100%,93.24%,93.97%,64.28%,100%.Conclusions Ultrsound elasticity score contributes to identify diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions preliminary.The characteristic feature of the conventional ultrasound and elastic images for omental lymphoma is fish scale sign.
