人性化护理干预在疝气术后护理中的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨人性化护理干预在疝气术后护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的100例实施疝气术患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组患者术后给予常规护理,观察组患者术后给予人性化护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组的84.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间、术后排气时间均明显短于对照组,并发症发生率(2.00%)明显低于对照组(14.00%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文护理干预在疝气术后的护理效果显著,可提高患者满意度、缩短住院时间和肛门排气时间,降低并发症发生率,该护理方法可在临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the nursing efficacy of humanized nursing intervention on patients with hernia operation. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients performedhernia operation in ourhospital from January 2012 to December 2015 weredivided into observation group and control group according the random table method, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given traditional nursing, while patients in the observation group acceptedhumanized nursing intervention, and the nursing efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%, which washigher than 80.00% of the control group, thedifference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Thehospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the incidence rate of complication in the observation group was 2.00%, which was lower than 14.00% in the control group, thedifferences were statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing interventionhas better effect on postoperation ofhernia, which can increase the nursing satisfaction, shorten thehospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time, reduce the incidence of complications, the nursing method can be applied in clinical practice.
