摘要
为加强对货车超载、偏载的监控,针对既有超偏载检测装置存在的不足,研制了新型铁路货车超偏载检测装置。通过延长测区长度、优化检测平台联接方式和改进关键部件性能等措施,新型铁路货车超偏载检测装置实现100 km/h内货车超偏载工况的准确测量。现场试用表明其检测精度达到预期要求,可适应工务大机作业,现场安装实施简便、维护方便。新型铁路货车超偏载检测装置的应用将有助于货车达速后铁路货运的安全保障。
        To strengthen surveillance on overload and unbalanced loading on railroad by upgrading the detective devices currently applied, we develop a new device which is capable to properly detect overload or unbalanced loading by freight trains traveling at 100 km/h thanks to the perfection of the device including enlarging the detecting coverage, improving both the interface between testing platforms and critical components' performance. We also experiment the newly-developed device, which proves to be applicable for large-scale track maintenance machinery with reliable detection precision, easy installation, simple operation and convenient maintenance. This paper concludes that application of this new detector would facilitate ensuring security for high-speed railway freight transportation.
