摘要
船用电缆卷筒作为船舶靠港连接使用岸电的关键部件,不但需适应海工工况条件,还需兼顾与陆上岸电系统连接的安全可靠性。以船用电缆卷筒的传动部件为研究对象,分析变频调速驱动在传动机构中的应用,并结合实际对传动部件进行优化设计,对实际应用案例进行观察验证,结果符合预期。
As the key part of the AMP system,the Marine cable reel should satisfy the requirements for shipborne equipment and the function requirements for ensuring the reliable connection between the ship and the shore power supply as well as the safety of the cable.This paper investigates the application of variable frequency drive in driving the cable drum,and optimizing the designs on the basis of practical experiences.The design is verified through field operation.
