摘要
Si作为耐热镁合金中添加的重要元素之一,目前已引起国内外的广泛关注和深入研究。通过介绍含Si耐热镁合金中Si的添加方式和Mg_2Si相的形貌;合金元素(Sb、Ca、P、RE)变质Mg_2Si相的研究进展和变形处理(往复挤压、等通道转角挤压)对Mg_2Si相的细化及破碎机制;由此得出含Si耐热镁合金目前还存在的问题和今后发展的方向。
        As one of the important additive elements of the heat-resistant magnesium alloys,Si has attracted much attention from home and abroad and is being studied in detail at present. This study first introduces the way in which Si is added to the heat-resistant magnesium alloys and the morphology of Mg_2Si phase. Then it reviews the research progress of alloy elements( Sb,Ca,P,RE) metamorphic Mg_2Si phase and the refining and deformation mechanism of extrusion( reciprocating extrusion,equal channel angular pressing) of treatment on Mg_2Si phase. Finally it points out the existing problems and the developmental trend of the heat-resistant magnesium alloys with Si.
