摘要

延吉市某住宅小区设有人工景观湖,临街门市建筑屋面又与人工湖湖面水平,有屋面种植要求。本文介绍了人工湖采用钠基膨润土防水毯作为主要防水防渗材料,临街门市建筑屋面选用聚乙烯丙纶防潮隔汽层、双面自粘防水层、SBS改性沥青耐根穿刺防水卷材等多种防水材料进行多道复合防水的施工工艺和施工要点。
        A residential area in Yanji City has an artificial landscape lake, and the planted building roof of the street frontage is horizontally level with the artificial lake. The article introduces sodium bentonite geosynthetic clay blanket as a waterproofing and seepage prevention material used in a man-made lake and some waterproofing materials used on roofs of buildings facing street, including polyethylene polypropylene fiber as damp-proof course, double side self-adhesive waterproofing course and SBS modified bitumen root resistant waterproofing membrane. The article describes composite waterproofing technology and main points in application.
