摘要
采用两种含磷阻燃剂六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCTP)与9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)分别制备了两组不同配比的阻燃型环氧树脂,并使用锥形量热仪进行测试分析,同时对比了两组材料的拉伸性能。结果表明:两种阻燃剂都能有效降低环氧树脂的热释放速率(HRR),当阻燃剂用量为15%时,HRR分别下降了48.3%和62.0%;HPCTP可使材料的拉伸强度提高30.7%,而DOPO使材料的拉伸性能下降了49.5%。
Two kinds of flame retardant epoxy resins with different proportions were prepared by using two phosphorus-containing flame retardants, hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene(HPCTP) and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO). Using cone calorimeter for test analysis, the tensile properties of two groups of materials were also compared. The results show that both flame retardants can effectively reduce the heat release rate(HRR), and when the dosage is 15% of the quality of the epoxy resin, the HRR decreases by 48.3% and 62.0%, The use of HPCTP enhances the tensile properties of the material by 30.7%, while the DOPO weakens the tensile properties of the material, reducing the tensile performance by 49.5%.
