摘要
目的:探讨唐古特大黄趁鲜切制的可行性和合理性,为其产地加工与炮制一体化提供科学依据。方法:采用《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版)方法测定趁鲜切制后唐古特大黄干燥过程中灰分、浸出物及游离蒽醌和总蒽醌的含量,采用水分测定仪测定水分。结果:唐古特大黄趁鲜切制后干燥品中浸出物、总蒽醌、游离蒽醌的含量均较高,灰分呈现上升趋势,各测量指标均与水分有密切相关性。结论:趁鲜切制对唐古特大黄的质量影响不显著,在产地可以直接趁鲜切制,晾晒,改进了传统饮片炮制需"二次闷润"的繁琐过程。
Objective:To explore the feasibility and rationality of fresh-cut method on Radix Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf.,which would provide a scientific basis for its origin and processing integration.Methods:The content of ash,the water extracts, free anthraquinone and total anthraquinone were determined respectively by the method from the "Chinese pharmacopoeia"(2015 edition). The moisture content was measured by moisture meter. In drying products of Radix Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf.,water extracts,total anthraquinone,free anthraquinone content were higher,the ash content showed a trend of rising,and the measurement indexes had close correlation with moisture. Conclusion:The effect of fresh-cut method on Radix Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf. had no significant difference. It was cut and sun-curedirectly in the producing area,which improved the traditional processing to the messy process of"secondary stuffy embellish".
