摘要
探讨细纱机超大牵伸纺纱工艺。采用TH558型四罗拉四胶圈三区超大牵伸数控细纱机纺制莫代尔9.8tex赛络集聚纱。通过工艺试验,优选出粗纱定量和捻系数、细纱牵伸分配、罗拉隔距等影响成纱质量的几个关键工艺参数的配置方案,使纺纱顺利进行并获得了较好纺纱效果。认为:采用超大牵伸纺纱,应正确选择牵伸机构与纺纱专件,合理配置纺纱工艺参数,加强运转操作等生产管理工作。
        Spinning processing of super large draft in spinning frame was discussed.Modal 9.8tex siro condensed yarn was spun on TH558four-roller four-rubber-covered roll three-zone super large draft spinning frame.By processing test,configuration schemes of several key technology parameters affecting yarn quality including roving weight per unit,roving twist,draft distribution of spinning,roller gauge and so on were optimized to ensure successful spinning and better spinning effect.It is considered draft mechanism and specific spinning components should be correctly selected when super large draft spinning is adopted,spinning processing parameters should be reasonably configured and production management like running operation and so on should be strengthened.
