摘要

本文基于和谐社区的理念,利用信息技术整合社区资源,以减少时间、固定场合交流为目的,开发基于Android平台的邻里APP,为社区居民提供高效、便捷和智慧的服务,同时能直接推动智慧社区信息化的建设,从而实现业主、物业和周边商家"共赢"的局面。
        Based on the concept of harmonious community,the use of information technology to integrate community resources,in order to reduce time and communication in fixed occasions,a neighborhood APP based on Android platform is developed to provide efficient,convenient and intelligent services for community residents. At the same time,it can directly promote the construction of intelligent community informatization,so as to realize the win-win situation of owners,property and surrounding businesses.
