摘要
以R项目为例,从影响因素分析、具体做法、经验收获等方面讨论了境外员工身心健康管理做法,重点分享了R项目身心健康管理制度建设、风险评估、管理平台、专业化管理、心脑血管疾病防治、培训演练、延伸EAP服务等方面的经验,探讨了境外员工身心健康管理提升改进的方向。
The health managementpractice in R Project for overseaemployees was discussed from the aspects of influencing factors,implementation practices and lessons learned. Experience in the development of regulatory provisions,risk assessment,managementplatform,professional management,preventingcardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,trainings &drills and EAP of R Project were introduced. Suggestions for the improvement of oversea employee's health management were provided.
