江苏省普惠金融包容发展现状及其指数测算

摘要
近年来,我国不断提倡要大力发展普惠金融,各地区也在不断进行推进。江苏省普惠金融发展势头良好,金融服务覆盖面不断扩大,金融服务渗透率不断提升。通过建立普惠金融指标体系,运用变异系数法对宿迁市2005-2017年普惠金融发展指数进行测算,分析计算结果得知江苏省普惠金融包容发展水平整体较高,但江苏省13个地级市普惠金融包容发展差异较大,苏北城市有很大的提升空间。可以采取加强基础设施建设,不断完善普惠金融体系,创新普惠金融产品和经营模式以及完善普惠金融的教育体系等多方面措施来推动普惠金融更好地发展。
In recent years, China has been advocating the vigorous development of inclusive finance, and various regions are constantly advancing inclusive finance. The development momentum of inclusive finance in Jiangsu province is good with financial services coverage expanding and financial services penetration rate promoting continuously. Through the establishment of inclusive financial index system, financial development index of Suqian City from 2005 to 2017 is calculated by using the coefficient of variation method, the results show that the inclusive financial development level of Jiangsu province is relatively high overall, but those of the13 cities in Jiangsu province are quite different, and there is great room for improvement in northern cities of the province. To promote the better development of inclusive finance, measures are proposed such as strengthening infrastructure construction, continuously improving inclusive financial system, innovating inclusive financial products and business models, and improving the educational system of inclusive finance.
