摘要
介绍了通风机监控系统的工作原理,对通风机监控系统进行了优化改进升级,并在桌子山煤矿进行了现场应用测试。测试表明:该监控系统各项性能运行良好,具有较高的监测精度,能对通风机运行过程中出现的故障问题进行实时声光报警,有效提高了通风机的运行效率和井下作业安全。
This paper introduces the working principle of fan monitoring system, optimizes the improvement and upgrade of fan monitoring system, and carries out field application test in tabozishan coal mine. The test results show that the monitoring system has good performance and high monitoring precision. It can give real-time acousto-optic alarm to the faults occurred in the process of ventilator operation and effectively improve the operating efficiency of the ventilator and the safety of underground operation.
