新旧动能转换背景下煤炭企业人才需求与培养研究

摘要
首先分析在新旧动能转换背景下煤炭企业人才需求变化,包括分析煤炭企业现有人力资源管理现状、分析企业未来人才需求层次。然后基于煤炭企业面临的人才培养问题,从国家政策、社会以及企业内部给出建议措施,如招生优惠政策、校企深度合作和构建合适的人才培养模式,以此希望为煤炭企业在人才需求和培养方面提供理论借鉴和指导。
Firstly,the changes in talent demand of coal enterprises were analyzed under the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion,including the current status of human resources management in coal enterprises and the level of talent demand in the future. Then,based on the talent training problems faced by coal enterprises,suggestions were provided from national policies,society and internal of coal enterprises,such as enrollment preferential policies,deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,and the establishment of appropriate talent training models,in order to provide theoretical reference and guidance for coal enterprises in terms of talent demand and training.
