长输管道出站温度调整对燃料油耗量的影响研究

摘要
为了研究输油温度调整对长输管道燃料油消耗量的影响,针对长输热油管道沿线多个加热站出站温度调整的工况,依据热油管道沿程温降的分布规律,结合保障安全输送的最低进站温度,建立了计算燃料油消耗变化量的数学模型,并对首站和中间站两种情况分别予以了讨论。以阿尔善—赛汉塔拉输油管道的温度调整方案为例,计算了输油温度调整对沿线各站燃料油耗量变化的影响,研究表明,阿赛线沿线7个加热站出站温度下调5℃后,单月最高可节约燃料油75 t,全年可节约燃料油484 t。下调出站温度能减少全线燃料油消耗总量,但沿途部分站点的燃料油消耗量可能增加或保持不变。
        Reducing the transportation temperature is an important method to save fuel oil consumption of hot oil long distance transportation pipeline.To investigate the effect of oil transportation temperature adjustment on the fuel oil consumption of long distance transportation pipeline,aiming at the working condition that the outlet temperature in heating stations along with the hot oil long distance transportation pipeline is adjusted,the temperature drop distribution law of hot oil pipelines is considered.Combined with the lowest inlet temperature that can ensure the safe transportation,the mathematical model to calculate the change amount of fuel oil consumption is established,and the two conditions of the first and middle stations are discussed respectively.The temperature adjustment scheme of Aershan-Saihantala Oil Transportation Pipeline is analyzed as an illustration,and the effect of the oil transportation temperature adjustment on the change of fuel oil consumption in stations along the pipelines is calculated.The research shows that after the outlet temperature of 7 heating stations along Aershan Pipeline reducing 5℃,a maximum of 75 t of fuel oil can be saved for a single month,and for a whole year 484 tons of fuel oil can be saved.Reducing the outlet temperature could reduce the fuel oil consumption of the whole pipeline,but the fuel oil of some stations along the pipeline may increase or remain unchanged.
