摘要
筛析法和激光法是2种应用最为广泛的岩心粒度分析方法,但由于分析原理不同,激光法对渤海油田44 μm以下细粉砂岩颗粒组分测量结果偏大,造成防砂方案设计过于保守。采用渤海油田常见细粉砂岩岩心分别进行筛析法和激光法2种方法的粒径测量,用激光法粒度数据向筛析法数据转换校正,建立了激光法与筛析法粒度测量相关性模型。实验测试数据和油田实际应用表明,所建立的相关性模型具有较高的精度,可用于筛析法和激光法测量细粉砂岩粒度数据转换,具有较好的推广应用价值。
        Sieving analysis method and laser method are the two prevailing methods for core particle size analysis.However,for the analysis principles are different,it was found that the laser method amplifies the measurement results of fine siltstone particles smaller than 44 μm in the Bohai oilfield,resulting in conservative sand control plan.The sieving analysis method and laser method were used to measure particle size of common fine siltstone cores in Bohai oilfield.The particle size data obtained from laser method was converted to and corrected by the sieve analysis method,and the correlation model between the laser method and the sieving method was established.The experimental data and field application show that the established correlation model has a high accuracy and can be used for the conversion of fine siltstone particle size data obtained by the sieving analysis method and the laser method respectively.It has good promotion and application value.
