摘要
针对皖北地区农村小学教师培训的实际,通过开展小学教师对培训需求的调查,构建基于需求的皖北地区农村小学教师国培模式,合理设置以提升农村小学教师专业水平为主的研修课程模块,示范引领乡村教师教育职前职后一体化的办学模式,着力提高皖北地区小学教师"国培"的针对性和有效性,进一步促进皖北地区农村小学教师的专业成长。
        According to the actual situation and the investigation of teachers' training for rural primary schools in northern Anhui Province, this paper intends to construct a demand-based national training model for rural primary school teachers in northern Anhui Province. The project is to rationally set up a research curriculum module focusing on improving the professional level of rural primary school teachers, demonstrating the integration of pre-service and post-service school-running model of the rural teacher education, and strive to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of "national training" primary schools in northern Anhui Province, and for further promote the professional growth of rural primary school teachers in northern Anhui.
