巡回无缝隙护理模式在手术室患者紧张度中的应用分析

摘要
目的分析巡回无缝隙护理模式在减轻手术室患者紧张度中的应用价值。方法随机从我院2015年7月—2016年8月收治的进入手术室的患者80例,用随机数字法分2组,每组40例,对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受无缝隙护理模式,观察护理状况。结果两组患者进入手术室前紧张、焦虑评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);进入手术室后研究组紧张、焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巡回无缝隙护理模式应用到手术室患者中,患者紧张度可得到缓解,稳定体征指数,对顺利完成手术存在有利作用,在临床手术治疗时,巡回无缝隙护理模式有着较高临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application value of itinerant seamless nursing mode in reducing the tension of operation room patients.Methods From July 2015 to August 2016,80 patients in operation room in our hospital were randomly selected,they were divided into 2 groups by random number method,control group received routine care,study group received a seamless nursing model to observe the condition of nursing.Results There were no significant differences in anxiety and anxiety scores between the two groups before admission to the operation room(P > 0.05);After entering the operation room,the scores of anxiety and anxiety in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Tour of seamless care model applied to patients in the operation room,patients with tension can be eased,signs of stability index,the successful completion of the surgery has beneficial effect,in clinical treatment,tour seamless care model has a higher clinical value.
