摘要
应用静电场轨道阱高分辨液相色谱质谱联用仪筛查葡萄酒相关的145种农药残留,确定出42种葡萄酒中常见污染物。采用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS-MS)对黄埔口岸采集的318个进口葡萄酒样品进行该类污染物的本底值测定。分析讨论发现,近76%的样品中检出2~8种农药残留,多数进口葡萄酒中农药残留的种类集中在5种(检出率为13.52%)。检出农药残留含量在0.02~392.5μg/kg之间,样品检出率高达94.65%,说明进口葡萄酒中农药残留普遍存在。
        145 kinds of wine-related pesticides residue were screened by Q-Exactive high-resolution mass spectrometer and 42 kinds of common pollutants were found to occur in wine. 318 imported grape wine samples from Huangpu entry port were analyzed by LC-MS-MS for these 42 kinds of pesticide residues. The results suggested that 2- 8 kinds of pesticides were detected over 76% of those wine samples,and 5 kinds of pesticides were found in most of them with detection rate of 13. 52%. Concentrations of detected pesticides ranged between 0. 02- 392. 5 μg/kg and the overall sample detection rate was high up to 94. 65%,which suggested the wide spread presence of pesticide residues in imported wine.
