摘要
为模拟研究煤火燃烧污染物产出特征与燃烧工况的内在关联特性,设计并构建了一种煤加热氧化综合实验系统。该系统主要由炉体、热源装置、空压机、流量计、压差计及温度巡检系统等组成。基于该实验系统,采用COMSOL模拟分析了不同入口压力条件下炉体内温度分布及其随时间的变化趋势,其结果可为分析不同工况条件下煤氧化燃烧产物生成特征提供依据。
        A comprehensive test system for coal oxidation by heating was designed in order to carry out the simulation study on the intrinsic correlation properties of the coal combustion product characteristics with the combustion conditions. This system is mainly composed of the oven body,heat source device,air compressor,flow meter,differential pressure meter,temperature inspection system and so on. Based on this system,the simulation analysis was made on the temperature in the oven body and its changing trend with time under the condition of different inlet pressures with COMSOL,the results can provide basis for analyzing the generation features of coal oxidation and combustion products under different conditions.
