摘要
轻型尾钎杆广泛应用于铁矿、煤矿等地下资源开采的伞钻竖井掘进作业,主要失效形式有尾柄断裂、尾柄磨圆、钎肩断裂、杆体断裂和螺纹断裂及磨损等。文中对H25轻型尾钎杆常见的早期失效情况进行了分析和探讨,有利于客户有效、合理地使用钎杆,也能为钎具生产企业提升质量提供借鉴。
        the light shank end rod has wide applications in the shaft sinking by the umbrella drill in the course of the exploitation of underground resources such as ore mine, coal mine, and so on. Its major failure forms include shank rupture, rounded shank, shank collar rupture, drill rod rupture as well as broken and worn threads. Analyzed and dis-cussed here are common premature failures of the H25 light shank end rod, helping customers to use the drill rod in an effective and reasonable way and providing reference for the manufacturers of rock drilling tools to improve their product quality.
