摘要
自动化立体仓库高层货架立柱偏移严重影响着货架的使用及结构安全。针对某公司自动化立体仓库高层货架立柱偏移量过大展开研究,首先介绍了货架立柱偏移量的测量原理,对实际结构进行测量,根据测量结果确定了货架立柱偏移超限的影响因素,然后建立有限元模型,分析影响货架立柱偏移量的关键因素,揭示该货架立柱偏移超限的原因。结果表明,该货架的立柱偏移量已经超限,其出平面变形非常复杂。货物荷载、背拉预张力和堆垛机作用力均会对货架立柱偏移产生较大的影响,其中背拉预张力的影响最大。这3个因素相互作用,共同影响结构的空间变形,使得结构的立柱偏移量增大。
The uprights deflection of high-rise racks affects the use and structural safety of racks in automated warehouses. The research on oversize uprights deflection of high-rise racks in a company automated warehouse was carried out in the paper. The paper firstly introduced the measurement principle of uprights deflection. According to the measured results,the paper determined the influential factors which resulted in the uprights deflection overrun. The key factors for uprights deflection and revealed the reasons of uprights deflection overrun were analyzed by building finite element models.Finally,it showed that the rack had overrun in its uprights deflection and its out-of-plane deformation was very complex.The cargo loading,spine bracing pretension and stacker effort all had a great influence on the uprights deflection and wherein the spine bracing pretension has the greatest impact. These three factors internatied and affected the structural space deformation,which could make the uprights deflection increase eventually.
