摘要
对某钛铁矿尾矿进行化学多元素分析,确定综合回收利用其中的磷矿物和稀土矿物。对该尾矿进行了磁选、浮选探索试验以及条件试验,最终确定采用浮选工艺回收尾矿中的磷灰石和稀土矿物。经过一粗四精两扫的浮选富集后,可获得P_2O_5的品位为37.01%,回收率为95.04%,REO品位为1.02%,回收率为75.14%的磷精矿。
The paper conducted chemical element analysis on tailings of ilmenite, and determined to recover the phosphate and rare earth in it. After magnetic separation, flotation exploration test and conditional test, the flotation process was identified to recover phosphate and rare earth in the tailings. After one roughing, four cleanings and two scavenging, the phosphate concentrate was obtained, whose P2O5 grade being 37.01% and recovery ratio being 95.04%, REO grade being 1.02% and recovery ratio being 75.14%.
