摘要
采用ABAQUS软件对某沿海地区风电场预应力锚栓式风力机基础进行整体三维建模,通过输入极端工况荷载并施加预应力,对基础各部分进行力学性能分析.结果表明:塔架底法兰在锚栓孔附近出现了应力集中,应力已接近钢材屈服强度,呈带环状分布;上锚板在锚栓预应力施加后,内外边缘均受压,仅施加极端荷载对上锚板内外边缘应力影响可忽略不计;高强灌浆料的应力分布与上锚板相似;下锚板整体应力分布较均匀;锚栓在预应力之后施加极端工况荷载,对应力和位移影响较小;基础顶部最大应力大于C40混凝土抗压强度设计值,需配置局部受压钢筋.
        Using ABAQUS software to model the prestressed anchor bolt wind turbine foundation in a coastal wind farm.The mechanical properties of the foundation are analyzed by applying the extreme load and the prestressed force.The results show that the stress concentration occurs at the bottom flange near the bolt hole;the stress is close to the yield strength of steel,the shape shows a circular distribution.After the prestressed force is applied to the anchor plate,the inner and outer edges are subjected to pressure.The effect of the extreme load on the inner and outer edge stress of the upper anchor plate is negligible.The stress distribution of high strength grouting material is similar to that of upper anchor plate.The overall stress distribution of the anchor plate is uniform.After the prestressed,the anchor bolt exerts the extreme working load,which has little effect on the stress and displacement.The maximum stress at the top of the foundation is greater than the design value of compressive strength of concrete C40;so it is necessary to configure the local pressure reinforcement.
