摘要
脱硫剂在铁水中的熔化性能直接影响其脱硫效率,通过测定不同配比的脱硫剂的熔化性能,得到较好的脱硫剂成分,可为MgO基脱硫剂的工业生产提供参考。研究结果表明,不添加助熔剂,脱硫剂流动性差,不利于脱硫。CaF2作为助熔剂对脱硫剂的熔化性能影响不大,B2O3作为助熔剂可显著改善脱硫剂的熔化性能,熔化温度明显下降,具有良好的流动性能,可达到铁水预处理工艺要求,最佳添加量为原料量的2%。
The meltability of desulfurizer in molten iron affects the desulphurization efficiency directly,the better desulfurizer compositions are obtained by measuring the melting performance with different ingredient of desulfurizer,which provides a reference for industrial production of magnesium oxide based desulfurizer.The results show that the desulfurizer has bad fluidity which makes it difficult to desulfurate. The melting property has no obvious changes with the addition of CaF2,while B2O3 as the addition can change the melting performance of desulfurizer obviously. The melting temperature of desulfurizer is decreased and the fluidity is improved.The desulfurizer can meet the requirements of hot metal pretreatment,and the best additive amount is 2% of original amount.
