摘要
地铁车站大型表冷器是指由表冷段和过滤段及电子空气净化设备3个空气处理功能段组装而成的不带冷、热源的空气处理设备,表冷段、过滤段~([1])及最大风速(3.0 m/s)下装置阻力大于25 Pa的电子空气净化设备段可电动开启和关闭,用于地铁车站公共区空调系统,设置在地铁车站端部土建风道中。以北京地铁6号线工程为例,对大型表冷器的防冻设计方案和防冻现场维护管理进行了详细的介绍,本工程大型表冷器经过三个采暖期运行验证,未发生过大型表冷器冻裂事件,本工程的防冻设计方案为日后表冷器的防冻设计和标准修订提供了参考依据。
        The subway station is the large cooler assembly from the cooler section and filter section and electronic air cleaner air handling equipment three functional segments made without cold,heat the air handling equipment,cooler section,filter section[1]and maximum wind speed(3.0 m/s) under the device resistance is greater than 25 Pa electronic air purification equipment segment can be electrically opened and closed subway stations for air-conditioning systems in public areas,set up in the subway station ends civil duct.In this paper,Beijing Metro Line 6 project as an example,for a large cooler antifreeze antifreeze site design and maintenance management for a detailed description of the project through three large cooler running verification heating period not large table occurred intercooler cracking event,thus freezing the design of the project was revised to provide a reference for future antifreeze cooler design and standards.
