摘要
为避免起重机钢丝绳在卷筒及滑轮上缠绕时,易发生脱出绳槽现象、在卷筒上多层缠绕至卷筒法兰边缘时易发生跳绳现象。在总结归纳了目前小型至大型起重机上普遍采用的防钢丝绳脱槽和跳槽方法的基础上,比较了各自存在的优缺点及适用范围。研究成果对于从事起重机设计者、制造者具有一定的参考性。
In order to avoid jumping from wire slot when the wire rope is intertwined on the drum or pulley, and rope skipping when winding on the drum to the flange edge of the drum in multiple layers, the advantages and disadvantages and application scope of each method are compared based on the summaries of methods to prevent wire rope from jumping from slot and rope skipping commonly used in small to large cranes. Research results can serve as references for crane designers and manufacturers.
