凤阳县秸秆综合处理的问题与思考

摘要
凤阳县是农业大县,全年农作物秸秆产量达70万t。每到作物收获季节,秸秆焚烧成了各地政府工作的头等大事。近年来,在禁烧工作中投入了大量人力和物力,虽然取得一定成效,但焚烧秸秆还时有发生。该文介绍了秸秆焚烧的危害,分析了秸秆处理及综合利用存在的问题,并提出秸秆综合利用的思考与建议。
Fengyang is an agricultural county,annual crop straw output reached 700,000 t. During the har-vest,the crop straw burning has become the priority of Government. In recent years,our county invested alot of manpower and material resources in forbiding burning straw,although it achieved some achievements,but the burning of straw still often occurred. This paper introduced the harm of straw burning,analyzedthe existing problems of straw processing and comprehensive utilization,and put forward the thinking andsuggestions on straw comprehensive utilization.
