改进的Dragendorff试剂法定量检测聚乙二醇

摘要
以聚乙二醇(PEG)为标准物质,采用Dragendorff试剂(以下简称D试剂)法测定超滤膜截留率重现性较差。因此,提出了改进的D试剂法定量检测PEG,测试条件为:D试剂2.0m L,缓冲液2.0m L,显色时间15~20min。考察了D试剂的存放条件对PEG溶液浓度的标准曲线的影响,建议D试剂低温保存不超过7天。改进的D试剂法在一定浓度范围内,标准曲线的线性关系良好,测定结果可靠,能够满足日常测试需求。
        Polyethylene glycols(PEG) with different molecular weight are often employed as the standards to determine the rejection coefficient of ultrafiltration membranes. The Dragendorff reagent(hereinafter referred to as D reagent) method, which is generally used to determine the concentration of PEG quantitatively, suffers from poor reproducibility of test results. In this paper, a modified Dragendorff approach was provided, and the test conditions were as follows: 2.0 mL of D reagent volume, 2.0 mL of buffer solution volume and 15 ~ 20 min color reaction time. The effects of storage conditions of D reagent on the calibration curve of PEG solution concentration were investigated. The results suggested that D reagents should be stored at low temperature for no more than 7 days. With the modified method, the calibration curves displayed good linearity in certain range. It indicated that the modified method could give accurate results and satisfy daily tests.
