摘要
通过对江门地区生产的包装饮用水的质量状况的研究,为该地区生产的包装饮用水质量检测提供数据支持和参考依据。本文研究的样品为2015~2016年在售的包装饮用水共210批次,样品包装完好,均在保质期内。按照GB 8537-2008、GB 17323-1998、GB 19298-2014、DBS 44/001-2011规定的方法进行检测分析。结果表明,210份包装饮用水的合格率为93.33%,饮用天然矿泉水、饮用纯净水、其他包装饮用水和饮用天然泉水的合格率分别为90.48%、100%、90.91%、93.02%,其中溴酸盐和铜绿假单胞菌的不合格率较高。总体上讲,2015~2016年江门地区生产的包装饮用水的质量整体情况良好。感官性状指标、理化指标、微生物等都达到饮用水国家标准,但仍应继续监测。
        The main purpose of this paper was to know something about the quality of packaged drinking water produced by Jiangmen,at the same time,provides data support and reference for the quality of bottled water produced in this area.There were 210 batches of samples on sale from 2015 to 2016,which were in the effective shelflife period and those packing were in good condition.The these samples was tested and analyzed according to GB8537-2008,GB 17323-1998,GB 19298-2014,DBS 44/001-2011.The results showed that 210 batches qualified rate of packaged drinking water was 93.33%.The qualified rate of natural drinking mineral water,drinking water,other packaged drinking water and drinking natural spring water were respectively 90.48%,100%,90.91% and93.02%.The differences was statistically significant between four kinds of samples qualified rates.Generally speaking,the quality of packaged drinking water produced by Jiangmen from 2015 to 2016 were in good condition.Indicators of sensory traits,physical and chemical indicators,and microorganisms reach the national standards,however,which should continue to be monitored.
