高校与城市科技创新的互动机制——以广州为例

摘要
高校是科技创新的策源地,可有效助推所在城市建设国际科技创新枢纽。在促进城市科技创新方面,广州高校存在人才培养模式不完善、产学研合作不深入、体制机制管理不合理和知识产权保护不健全等问题。建议从加强创新型人才培养、加强产学研助推科技成果转化应用、优化体制机制提升教师科研创新能力以及提升广州城市科技创新服务功能等方面入手,实现广州高校与城市科技创新的互动发展。
Colleges and universities are the sources of technological innovation and can effectively promote the construction of international technological innovation city hubs. In promoting urban scientific and technological innovation, universities in Guangzhou still have problems such as imperfect personnel training model, lack of in-depth cooperation between industry, university and research institute, unreasonable management of institutional mechanism, and inadequate intellectual property protection. It is recommended that the interactive development of scientific and technological innovation between universities in Guangzhou and the city is realized by strengthening the training of innovative talents, enhancing the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements through industry, education and research, optimizing the system and mechanism, enhancing teachers' scientific and technological innovation ability, and enhancing the service function of scientific and technological innovation in Guangzhou.
