自拟养气活血汤治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者的效果

摘要
目的探讨自拟养气活血汤对冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者中医证候和生活质量的影响。方法选择我院冠心病稳定性心绞痛的患者400例,随机分为研究组(200例)和对照组(200例)。对照组患者采用西药治疗方案,研究组在此基础上给予自拟养气活血汤治疗。对比两组患者的疗效及药物安全性。结果治疗后,两组患者的心绞痛分级及生活质量均优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在常规西药的服用基础上给予冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者自拟养气活血汤治疗,可改善患者中医证候积分,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of self-made Yangqi Huoxue decoction in patients with stable angina of coronary heart disease on TCM syndrome and quality of life. Methods A total of 400 patients with stable angina of coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into study group(200 cases) and control group(200 cases).The control group were treated with western medicine, and the study group was given self-made Yangqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The curative effects and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the angina grade and quality of life of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Self-made Yangqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of patients with stable angina of coronary heart disease on the basis of the conventional western medicine can improve the score of TCM syndrome and improve the quality of life.
