摘要
本文利用凯氏定氮仪对凉果及其制品进行蒸馏处理,并利用电位滴定仪中的电位突跃替代淀粉指示剂对滴定终点进行判定,建立了自动电位滴定仪滴定二氧化硫含量的快速高效检测方法。
        The Kelvin nitrogen analyzer was used to completely distill out the sulfur dioxide in the fruit, and then the potentiometric titration method was used to replace the starch indicator to determine the end point of the titration. A fast and efficient method for titrating the sulfur dioxide content by the automatic potentiometric titrator was established. The results showed that linear relationships of sulfur dioxide were found in the range of 5.0 ~ 500.0 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9991. The limits of detection and the limits of quantitation were 1.5 mg/kg and 5.0 mg/kg, respectively. The recoveries ranged from 93.1% to 101.1%, and the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.35% to 1.76%. The method has high recovery rate, good precision, simple and efficient operation, and is suitable for the automatic detection of batch samples.
