两种防雷降阻材料的接地模块效果对比

摘要
长效物理降阻剂是一种较理想的防雷降阻材料,在防雷接地装置中应用非常广泛。铁精粉的理化性能与长效物理降阻剂相似,是由强导电材料、防腐材料、固化材料及填充材料组成,有良好的吸水性和保水性,无散流、自然或挥发现象,不污染土壤、水源、空气和环境,无毒害、抗腐蚀,价格仅是长效物理降阻剂的1/3。如果铁精粉能替代长效物理降阻剂做降阻材料,那将大大减少降阻材料的成本和提高使用效益。我们将长效物理降阻剂、铁精粉分别挤压做成大小、形状相同的防雷接地模块,在同一土壤电阻率中进行对比分析,结果表明:铁精粉在土壤中的降阻效果与长效物理降阻剂的使用效果相当,可以使用铁精粉代替长效物理降阻剂。
        Long-actingphysical resistance reducing agent is a perfect material for lightning protection and resistance reducing.It is widely used in earth-termination system for lightning protection.Fine iron powder is similar to long-acting physical resistance reducing agent in physic and chemistry. It is made up of strong conduction, anti-rot, solidified and filling materials. It has perfect water absorption and water retaining property. Fine iron powder has no broken stream and natural volatilize, thereby can't pollute soil, water,air and environment. It is non-toxic and anti-rot. Its price is one-third the price of the long-acting physical resistance reducing agent. If fine iron powder has the same function as long-acting physical resistance reducing agent in resistance reducing, the cost will be reduced and the benefit will be improved in the lightning-protection project in the future.We extruded the long-acting physical resistance reducing agent and the iron concentrate powder to form lightning protection grounding module of the same size and shape,and carried on the contrast analysis in the same soil resistivity. The results show that the effect of reducing resistance of iron concentrate powder in soil is equal to that of the long-acting physical resistance reducing agent, and iron essence powder can be used instead of the long-acting physical resistance reducing agent.
