摘要
为了提高BPMA对煤炭样品的分析效率,分析了BPMA对煤炭样品自动测量获取的BSE背散射电子图和能谱谱线数据,总结判断矿物相为煤炭相的判断方式。设计开发了针对煤炭样品的分析模式,通过实施并对比测试,开启针对煤炭样品的分析模式后,对煤炭样品的分析效率提高13%;对非煤炭样品的分析效率基本没有影响。本分析模式的设计开发有效地提升了BPMA的适用范围及运行效率。
To improve the analysis efficiency of BPMA on coal samples,a judging criteria was summarized by analyzing the BSE image and energy spectrum of coal samples which were obtained by BPMA. A coal-modeanalysis model was designed and developed especailly for coal sample. According to the contract data,by using the coalmode,the analysis efficiency of coal samples was increased by 13%; and,the analysis efficiency of non-coal samples was basically unaffected. The coal-mode analysis model effectively improves the scope and operational efficiency of BPMA.
