摘要
预合金粉的品种繁多,性能可设计、调节范围极其广大,适用于多种金刚石工具,满足各种使用条件,可用于多种生产工艺流程,用户只需通过调节金刚石的品级、浓度、粒度,即可调配出各种用途性能的胎体,节省金刚石制品的研发费用,节约能耗,提高生产效率。实验结果表明:预合金配方粉可提高胎体抗弯强度18%,扩大了烧结温度的范围,提高了锯片切割寿命48%。
        The pre-alloyed powders are in wide varieties.Their functions can be designed and their compositions can be adjusted in a extremely large range,to make them to be suitable for a variety of diamond tools,and to meet various conditions of use.They can be used for a variety of production procedures.The users,by simply regulating diamond grade,concentration or particle size,can develop specially purposed matrix for various cutting applications.This can reduce the R&D cost,save energy and improve production efficiency of diamond products.The experimental results show that the pre-alloyed powders formula can improve the bending strength of matrix by 18%,expand the scope of the sintering temperature,and improve the saw blade cutting life by 48%
