医疗失效模式与效应分析在降低NICU患者意外拔管中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨医疗失效模式与效应分析(HFMEA)在降低NICU患者意外拔管中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年5月~2015年5月NICU留置各种导管患者60例作为对照组,实施常规护理;选择2015年6月~2016年6月留置各种导管患者67例作为观察组,根据失效模式与效应分析法,分析NICU患者意外拔管的主要原因,找到潜在失效模式及原因,计算优先风险指数;针对需要优先解决的问题进行措施改进。结果:观察组NICU患者意外拔管率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用失效模式与效应分析有助于降低NICU患者意外拔管率,保证护理安全。
Objective:To discuss the application effect of health care failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA) in reducing the accidental decannulation of NICU patients.Methods:Selected 60 patients embedded with catheters in NICU from May 2014 to May 2015 as the control group for conventional nursing;selected 67 patients embedded with various catheters from June 2015 to June 2016 as the observation group to analyze the main reason for accidental decannulation of NICU patients,find out the potential failure model and its reason,calculate the priority risk index according to the failure model and effect analysis method,so as to improve the measures for the problems that should be first solved.Results:The accidental decannulation rate of NICU patients in observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of failure mode and effect analysis could help reduce the accidental decannulation rate of NICU patients and ensure the nursing security.
