奥硝唑合剂辅助填充方法在牙体牙髓病中的疗效分析

摘要
目的将奥硝唑合剂辅助填充方法应用于牙体牙髓病治疗中,分析其临床治疗效果。方法选取菏泽医专附属医院于2017年10月—2018年10月收治的牙体牙髓病患者90例,按照硬币选取的方法的随机分为实验组与对照组,两组人数相等。实验组患者采用常规填充方式以及奥硝唑合剂辅助填充方法治疗,对照组患者采用常规填充方式治疗。治疗三个月后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者术后的不良反应率为2.22%,显著低于对照组17.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.824,P<0.05);实验组患者的临床治疗效果为95.56%,明显高于对照组73.33%,两组结果差异较大,具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.384,P<0.05)。结论将常规填充治疗方式联合奥硝唑合剂辅助填充方法治疗牙体牙髓病可以降低患者术后的不良反应率,能够提高患者的疗效,对牙体牙髓病患者的预后发挥着积极的作用,值得应用与推广。
Objective To apply the method of assisting filling of ornidazole mixture to the treatment of dental pulp disease and analyze its clinical therapeutic effect. Methods Ninety patients with dental pulp disease admitted to the hospital from Heze Medical College from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the method of coin selection equally. Patients in the experimental group were treated with conventional filling method and ornidazole mixture-assisted filling method, and patients in the control group were treated with conventional filling method. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after three months of treatment. Results The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 2.22%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 17.78%. It was statistically significant(χ~2=5.824, P<0.05). The clinical treatment effect of the experimental group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than the control group, 73.33%, the results of the two groups were significantly different, which was statistically significant(χ~2=6.384, P<0.05). Conclusion The conventional filling therapy combined with ornidazole mixture-assisted filling method for the treatment of dental pulp disease can reduce the adverse reaction rate after surgery, improve the patient's curative effect, and play a positive role in the prognosis of patients with dental pulp disease. It is worth applying and promoting.
