摘要
为明确根腐病发生对黄芪根围土壤酶活性的影响,研究采集1~6年生黄芪根围发病和健康土壤,采用经典方法对4种主要土壤酶(脲酶、纤维素酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶)的活性进行测定和分析。结果表明,根腐病的发生对脲酶、纤维素酶和蔗糖酶的活性有显著影响;1~4 a间,发病土相对健康土的脲酶活性减少量、纤维素酶和蔗糖酶活性增加量均与发病率呈正相关;第5年时各酶的活性开始向健康状态恢复,第6年时酶活性继续恢复,且与该年根腐病发病率降低的情况相吻合。由此可知,黄芪根腐病的发生与土壤酶活性的变化密切相关。
        The study aimed to explore the effects of Astragalus membranaceus root rot on soil enzyme activities. The urease,cellulase, sucrase and catalase activities of diseased and healthy soils in root zone of 1-6 years old plants were determined and analyzed by using classical methods. The results showed that the occurrence of root rot had significant effects on the activities of urease, cellulase and sucrase. The reducted amount of urease activity, the increased amount of cellulase and sucrase activities were positively correlated with the root rot incidence rate of 1-4 year old plants. The activity of each enzyme tended to recover healthy state from year 5 to year 6 and changes of enzyme activity were consistent with a decrease in the incidence of root rot at 6 year. According to the above analysis, it was concluded that the occurrence of Astragalus membranaceus root rot had closely related to the change of soil enzyme activity.
