早期乳腺癌保乳手术临床治疗效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨早期乳腺癌患者实施保乳术的临床疗效。方法:选取在我科接受治疗的92例早期乳腺癌患者,以随机数字表法将其分为两组各46例,观察组采用保乳术进行治疗,对照组采用改良根治术进行治疗,对两组患者的手术指标、术后美观度以及复发转移情况进行对比。结果:观察组患者的手术切口小于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,手术并发症发生率低于对照组(6.25%vs 26.09%),美观度优良率对比对照组更高(95.65%vs76.09%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期乳腺癌患者采用保乳术治疗,具有创伤小、并发症少等优势。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of breast-conserving surgery for patients with early breast cancer. Methods: 92 cases of early breast cancer patients in our hospital were randomized into 2 groups with 46 cases each. Patients in the observation group adopted breast-conserving surgery, while those in the control group received modified radical treatment. Then, the operation indexes, the postoperative aesthetic appearance, and recurrence and metastasis conditions for patients in both groups were compared. Results: The incisions of patients in the observation group were smaller, the intraoperative blood loss was less, and the incidence of surgical complications was lower than those in the control group(6.25% vs 26.09%), and the excellent rate of aesthetic appearance was higher than that in the control group(95.65% vs 76.09%). There were statistical differences in patients between both groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Breast-conserving surgery for early stage breast cancer patients has the advantages of smaller trauma and less complications.
