摘要
凤凰山矿沿空留巷综采工作面充填模板支架吨位重,整体结构较大,巷道无法满足设备的运输及安装,为了模板支架的顺利安装,通过优化进架工艺,合理布置组装硐室,进行井下组装,实现了安全高效安装。
In Fenghuangshan Coal Mine, the tonnage of filling formwork support in fully mechanized mining face with gob-side retaining roadway is heavy and the overall structure is large, so the roadway can not meet the transportation and installation of equipment. In order to install the formwork support smoothly, the safe and efficient installation is realized by optimizing the heading technology, reasonably arranging the assembly chamber and underground assembly.
