各类用户高峰小时流量的分离与燃气管网改造

摘要
分析西北某市燃气管网现状,存在用气高峰时处于管网末端的锅炉供暖用户压力过低的情况。通过现有调研资料得出各类用户(居民用户、商业用户、热水炉供暖用户、锅炉供暖用户、工业用户)的高峰小时流量。工业用户采用工厂实测数据。认为4:00—7:00只有供暖小时流量,根据4:00—7:00及19:00—22:00两个时段的室内外温差,依据4:00—7:00的平均小时流量计算得出19:00—22:00的供暖平均小时流量,考虑平均小时流量与高峰小时流量的比值,得到供暖高峰小时流量,将供暖高峰小时流量与居民生活和商业合计高峰小时流量分离。根据12个小区的调研数据,得到居民用户(居民生活)高峰小时流量当量,将居民生活高峰小时流量从居民和商业合计高峰小时流量中分离,剩余高峰小时流量为商业高峰小时流量。热水炉供暖用户与锅炉供暖用户按额定热负荷分摊,计算热水炉供暖、锅炉供暖高峰小时流量。应用商业水力计算软件对现状管网进行水力计算,通过增加门站以及对现有燃气管网中压管道新建、断头路连接、改扩建进行改造,改造后的管网水力计算结果均满足要求。
        The current situation of the gas pipeline network in a city in northwest China is analyzed,and there is a case where the pressure for the boiler heating users at the end of the pipeline network is too low at the peak of gas consumption. The peak hourly flow of various users( residential users,commercial users,hot water heater heating users,boiler heating users and industrial users) is obtained through the existing research data. Industrial users use factory measured data. From 4: 00 to 7: 00,only the hourly heating flow is considered. According to the indoor and outdoor temperature difference between 4: 00 to 7: 00 and 19: 00 to 22: 00,the average hourly heating flow from 19: 00 to 22: 00 is calculated based on the average hourly heating flow from 4: 00 to 7: 00. Considering the ratio of the average hourly flow to the peak hourly flow,the peak hourly heating flow is obtained,thus the peak hourly heating flow is separated from the total peak hourly flow for residential users and commercial users. According to the survey data of 12 communities,the peak hourly flow equivalent of residential users( residents life) is obtained,the peak hourly flow for residential users is separated from the total peak hourly flow for residential users and commercial users,and the remaining peak hourly flow is the peak hourly flow for commercial users. The hot water heater heating users and boiler heating users are divided according to the rated heat load,and the peak hourly flows of the hot water heater heating and boiler heating are calculated. The commercial hydraulic calculation software is used to calculate the hydraulic power of the current pipeline network. Through the addition of the gate station and the new construction of medium pressure pipeline,connection of broken end road,reconstruction and expansion of the existing gas pipeline network,the hydraulic calculation results of the reconstructed pipeline network meet the requirements.
