摘要
"互联网+"及共享经济的共同作用下,游客逐步依托网络文本进行情感体验的表达,同时个性化住宿需求的增长使非标准住宿业态市场迅速扩张.本文运用文献分析、空间分析和文本挖掘等研究方法,对黄山市非标准住宿业的"空间"和"情感"方面综合分析,以期优化游客时空行为,提高顾客深度体验的感知质量.研究表明:物理空间呈现"三角区"集聚效应;高聚集区并非有高关注度,物理空间与热度空间差异性分布;区位优势促进主客互动,情感特征依托物理空间分布得以延伸;不同商户对基础关注要素和激励性要素的落实存在观念博弈.依据以上分析结论,本文对促进黄山市非标准住宿业的发展提出相应建议.
        Under the background of "Internet +" and shared economy, tourists gradually rely on web text to express their emotion during the itinerary. At the same time, the growing demand for special accommodation has led to the rapid expansion in the non-standard accommodation market. To optimize tourists' space-time behavior and improve the tourists' perceived quality, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the "spatial" and "emotional" aspects of the non-standard accommodation industry in Huangshan city by literature analysis, spatial analysis and text mining. The research shows that the physical space presents the "triangular region" agglomeration effect; the high aggregation area don't have the same high attention, physical space and heat space present difference distribution; location advantage promotes host-guest interaction, and emotional characteristics are extended by the distribution of physical space; different merchants have different ideas about the implementation of basic and incentive factors. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of non-standard accommodation industry in Huangshan City.
