摘要
紫外线照射、高温、降雨、凝露等条件会加速复合塑料编织布老化,很大程度上影响其使用寿命。对复合塑料编织布进行了人工加速紫外老化实验,分析了辐照度、辐照时间、温度、喷淋时间对拉伸强度的影响。结果表明:复合塑料编织布的拉伸强度随辐照度、辐照时间、温度、喷淋时间的增加而出现不同程度的下降。
Ultraviolet radiation,high temperature,rainfall,condensation and other conditions will accelerate the aging of composite plastic woven fabric,which greatly affects its service life.The artificial accelerated UV aging test was carried out on the composite plastic woven fabric,and the effects of irradiance,irradiation time,temperature and spray time on tensile strength were analyzed.The results show that the tensile strength of composite plastic woven fabrics decreases with different degrees of irradiance,irradiation time,temperature and spray time.
