摘要
针对钨矿石破碎领域中急需解决的粒度在线检测问题,以CCD摄像组件为检测元件获得矿石颗粒的图像,采用分水岭算法对颗粒图形进行分割,在提取并分析图形颗粒的相关信息的基础上,通过建立不同大小的检测算子对分割后的颗粒图像采用击中与击不中的分析与统计,得到被测矿石的粒度分布,采用MTALAB和LABVIEW的混合编程方式开发了粒度检测系统程序。实验对比表明,检测系统的分析结果与实际粒度分布情况具有较好的一致性,可以满足矿石颗粒的在线检测需要。
In the field of tungsten ore crushing,detecting the particle size online is a key problem. A new detecting system was proposed in this paper. It got the particle image of ore particles by CCD camera and used the watershed algorithm to segment the granule shape. Based on extraction and analysis of information graphics particles,through the analysis and statistics detection operator to establish different size of particles after image segmentation and the hitting / missing transformation,particle size distribution was obtained. The ore mixed programming with MATLAB and LABVIEW developed a program for detecting system size. The experiment shows that the results of detection system have good consistency with the actual size distribution and it can satisfy the online detection of the ore particles need.
