摘要
巯基乙酸钠是一种应用很广的铜钼分离抑制剂。文中采用真空低温连续干燥机对合成的液体巯基乙酸钠进行干燥,生产得到高品位粉体巯基乙酸钠。本工艺过程在密闭条件下进行,整条生产线实用性强且无"三废"产生,是一条绿色环保的生产线,可在工业上推广应用。
Sodium thioglycolate is widely used as an inhibitor in copper molybdenum separation operation. In this paper,vacuum belt dryer is used to dry sodium thioglycolate liqiud at vacuum and low temperature. High grade powder sodium thioglycolate is produced. The process is carried out under airtight conditions. It is a green production line which can be widely used in industry.
