急性阑尾炎老年患者的外科护理方法探讨与疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨个体化外科护理方法对急性阑尾炎老年患者的护理效果。方法实验组(n=57)为本院57例急性阑尾炎老年患者接受个体化的临床护理,对照组(n=61)为同期收治的61例急性阑尾炎老年患者仅予以常规外科护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果 (1)两组患者就诊时焦虑抑郁情绪测定量表(HAD)>8分所占比例无差异,出院时,实验组HAD>8分的比例低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)实验组的平均全麻苏醒时间低于对照组;(3)住院期间,实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予急性阑尾炎老年患者个体化的护理方案,能够促进老年患者心理及生理恢复,可降低住院并发症的发生率。
Objective To observe the effects of individual surgical nursing methods in elderly patients with acute appendicitis. Methods The experimental group(n=57) were 57 elderly patients with acute appendicitis accepted individual nursing care. The control group(n=61) were 61 cases accepted conventional surgical nursing care. Results(1) Rate of HAD>8 points has no different between two groups when first visit to hospital. Rate of HAD>8 points of the experimental group was much lower than that in the control group when leave hospital(P<0.05).(2) The average revival time of the experimental group was much shorter than that of the control group.(3) The complication rate of experimental group was much lower than that in the control group during be in hospital(P<0.05). Conclusion Individual surgical nursing method is effective in promoting elderly patients psychological and physiological recovery. Individual surgical nursing care can obviously decrease the incidence of complications in hospital.
