摘要
利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜分析了经不同参数氩气吹气净化前后的AZ91D合金铸态组织,并测试了其拉伸力学性能。结果表明:吹气净化能有效去除AZ91D合金熔体中的夹杂物。随着通气速率和通气时间的增加,合金的拉伸力学性能先显著提高后稍降低。经通气速率为3 L/min和通气时间为5 min吹气净化后的合金综合力学性能最佳,室温抗拉强度σ_b达到200 MPa,较未净化时提高10%;高温σ_b和δ分别达到198 MPa和17.0%,较未净化时分别提高11%和48%。
        The as-cast microstructure of AZ91 D alloy before and after blowing purification with different parameters of argon gas was studied by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.Meanwhile,the tensile mechanical properties were tested.The results show that the inclusions in AZ91 D alloy melt can be eliminated effectively by blowing purification.With the increase of the ventilation rate and ventilation time,the tensile mechanical properties of the alloy firstly increase significantly,and then decrease slightly.The AZ91 D alloy has the best comprehensive mechanical properties when the melt is treated by blowing purification with ventilation rate of 3 L/min and ventilation time of 5 min.The tensile strength σ_b at room temperature is 200 MPa,which increases by 10% compared with the alloy without blowing purification.The σ_b and δ at high temperature reach 198 MPa and 17.0% respectively,which increase by 11% and 48% respectively compared with the alloy without blowing purification.
