摘要
目的研究EGFR、COX-2、Caspase-3、Blc-2及MMP与卵巢癌患者化疗耐药的关系。方法选取96例卵巢癌患者为观察组,并选取同时期的96例卵巢良性肿瘤患者为对照组,然后检测与比较2组的组织EGFR、COX-2、Caspase-3、Blc-2及MMP表达水平。比较观察组中不同分化程度及耐药程度患者的上述指标表达水平,同时采用Logistic回归分析处理上述指标与卵巢癌患者化疗耐药的关系。结果观察组的组织EGFR、COX-2、Blc-2及MMP阳性表达率均高于对照组,Caspase-3阳性表达率低于对照组。观察组中不同分化程度及耐药程度患者的上述指标阳性表达率存在统计学差异,且Logistic回归分析显示,EGFR、COX-2、Caspase-3、Blc-2及MMP均与卵巢癌患者的化疗耐药有密切的关系,P均<0.05。结论卵巢癌患者的组织EGFR、COX-2、Caspase-3、Blc-2及MMP均呈现异常表达,且化疗耐药患者的表达异常更为明显。
        Objective To study the relationship between EGFR,COX-2,Caspase-3,Blc-2,MMP and chemotherapy resistance of patients with ovarian cancer. Methods 96 patients with ovarian cancer were selected as the observation group,96 patients with benign ovarian tumor at the same time were selected as the control group,then the tissue EGFR,COX-2,Caspase-3,Blc-2 and MMP expression levels of the 2 groups were detected and compared,then those indexes' expression levels of the observation group with different degree of differentiation and drug resistance were compared too,and the relationship between those indexes and chemotherapy resistance of patients with ovarian cancer were analyzed by the Logistic regression analysis. Results The tissue EGFR,COX-2,Blc-2 and MMP positive expression rates of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,the Caspase-3 positive expression rate was lower than that of the control group,and the those indexes' expression levels of the observation group with different degree of differentiation and drug resistance had significant differences the Logistic regression analysis showed that EGFR,COX-2,Caspase-3,Blc-2 and MMP all had close relationship to the chemotherapy resistance of patients with ovarian cancer,all P < 0. 05. Conclusion The EGFR,COX-2,Caspase-3,Blc-2,MMP and chemotherapy resistance of patients with ovarian cancer all show abnormal expression,and the expression of patients with chemotherapy resistance are more abnormal.
