信息技术在大型综合医院放射防护管理中的应用与探索

摘要
医院放射防护管理存在放射设备多且分布广、从事放射工作人员多且防护意识不到位、政策法规要求高、档案不完整等问题与难点。引入信息技术,用医疗资质授权系统管理人员资质、基本信息及职业健康档案。后勤综合运维平台管理场所及各种行政许可文档,二维码技术管理设备。信息技术的使用显著提高医院放射防护管理效率和水平。
There are many issues and tasks to be solved in general hospital radiation protection management. First, there are various kinds of radiology equipment, which is widespread in different departments. Second, the number of radiation worker is large and some of them are unaware of the necessity of protection against radiation. Third, polices and regulations have many requirements for radiation protection management. Fourth, some radiation management related files are missing, etc. We use the Medical Qualification Authorization Information System for radiation worker management and the Logistics Integrated Operation and Management Platform for radiation places and radiation equipment. The two information systems improve management efficiency and upgrade management level dramatically.
